Justin was such an attentive and friendly host. He allowed us to come stay three hours earlier than usual which was so appreciated. The home is beautiful and it’s nestled up against the gorgeous Snow Canyon park and black lava rock. Every detail was thought of and everything is top quality from the linens to the towels. A favorite surprise was the massage chair! Justin was always quick to respond and made sure our needs were always met. Overall a wonderful stay and a place I would highly recommend.

Ivins is a gorgeous community. This home was beautiful and well kept. It is easy to access. There are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a lovely great space for lounging/full kitchen. Note, there is a clubhouse with a small gym, pool, and hot tub. We did not dare use the hot tub as it was very foamy and likely the cause of urine or other. I don't hold this against the owner but we would have enjoyed using the facilities that we paid good money for. The cleaning fee is excessive as you are required to do about 10 items on your own as part of checkout. Hopefully that gets adjusted down for future guests.
