This coastal, newly built 95+ square metre first floor self contained space is situated in a new estate in a historic town surrounded by national park. The main bedroom, dining and patio face north with a view of the beach, and the south facing kitchen, office space and patio have ocean views. A ten minute drive takes you to shops, cafes and restaurants, or enjoy lunch at Catho pub. A short drive has everything couples need for a thrill seeking stay. Or just stay and explore beautiful Catho. This is a two storey house with upstairs being all yours to enjoy. Main bedroom, with a queen bed, and dining area face north with ocean views. Study and kitchen have ocean views facing south. The kitchen has modern appliances with basic condiments supplied. The owners live downstairs, and sometimes our adult children visit. If you hear a strange horn weekday mornings, that's the coffee van. It's a bit like an ice cream van. Just meet him out on the street to get your coffee.

Walter and I have stayed in a few Airbnb's - this was by far the best, nicest, cleanest, newest and well equipped. Every appliance, every condiment, and ample home comforts were there. Jai is super lovely and helpful, and I was a bit people'd out so didn't feel like meeting in person, and she gave me grace. We came to relax and switch off and it was everything we needed. Also, Coffee machine was very nice!! The appliances were all new! The towels were lovely - two bathroom and a beach towel per person! Bed sheets were crisp and bed super comfortable. So many nice extra touches, including welcome chocolates! Sunscreen, shower and hair products, just so many things! Anyway, highly recommend, beautiful views and a very peaceful location. Street is narrow so we parked on a verge, and Jai allowed us to unpack and re-pack in the driveway <3 There was seriously ZERO issues. if I get the chance I will re-book and am recommending to my friends.
Place was spotless and comfortable. Loved everything about the place and think its by far one of the best airbnb’s we have stayed in. Jai was helpful and provided recommendations for things to do around the area. Looking forward to be back one day. Thank you Jai!
Amazing stay! Cannot recommend J and her peaceful home. Great views from both sides of the house and walkable distance to the beach. Fully stocked with everything you need for a getaway. Will definitely be back 😊

This is a new estate of 550 homes in a small historic beach side town. There is a historic pub and jetty. The pub offers lunch and closes about 6pm. This is a uniquely isolated town, shops and restaurants are located 10 minutes drive. There is a coffee van set up at the beach some days. There are two beaches within walking distance. Catho beach, 13 minute walk, is patrolled and Moonee is in a beautiful National Park.
Swansea is a 10 minute drive, which has all the necessary retail shops. Chemists, petrol, Coles, Woolworths, Thai, Chinese restaurants, Naturopath, RSL Club with all day dining, cafe's, dive shop, takeaway, physiotherapist, Dan Murphy's bottle shop.
Caves beach has a lovely pub with ocean views.
Drive 15 minutes to all of the thrill seeking activities, which require prior bookings, at Belmont airport.
Parking is limited. we will do our best to get you parking on the property, although it may not always be possible.
