Mecheline's home is a gated modern Adobe Architecture. Brand new house. Designed, furnished, decorated with comforts by its owner. It features a spacious kitchen for gourmet cooking, open layout living and dining area. 3 beds, 2 full baths and half. Free car parking inside the gate. This relaxing, peaceful, unique home is situated in a residential neighborhood with the feeling of being away. Beach is about a mile away. Market, restaurants, shops are all a short 5-10 minutes drive away. The house is pretty spacious friendly and quiet. Lots of doors to access going outside. Both rooms has sliding doors to access the backyard going to sit on the fire pit. Both front windows curtains can be open if you want to see the front view of the house except, it’s in progress of landscaping.

It’s a quiet neighborhood and quite friendly.
Host offers a car ride to the city with extra cost. There’s a walk about half a mile from the house to catch motorcycle with sidecar from 6am to 7pm or buses that passes by on the highway from 5am to 7pm. In the city, you can ride bicycles with sidecar (this ride called “pot-pot”). If needed to get pick up from Dumaguete Airport to the house (Bayawan), please call the manager in charge 24 hours before the pick up date to arrange your ride (price excluded).
