Pros: - walking distance to the beach, restaurants. - Rooms are clean - Split AC system in every room (!) - clear instructions for check-in and check-out Cons: - AC remote in living room does not work. It appears property maintenance never care to check its batteries which are all oxidised and rusted - One of the garage door remotes runs out of battery after a few use. Lucky enough property provided spare on check in - Washing machine appears left unused or previous guests didn’t want to touch it. Its door rubber seal is full of mould and exhibits strong mouldy odour. Maintenance seems neglect, we didn’t want our clothes washed in this machine so went to coin laundrette at our own expense. No big deal but quite inconvenient - Test the clothing dryer to dry out wet towels, power on but all test just failed. It would not run under any of the settings

Can’t rate this place highly enough. Fantastic location and lovely outdoor space. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family

Handy location just off the Gold Coast Highway. Good sized apartment and well furnished. Entry was a bit of a hassle as keys had to be collected from a different location. Noise from highway can be a little intrusive.

Overall there's pro's and con's, but I'd happily stay again - so that says it all really. + Nice place. As described. Nice bathroom. Lots of towels. Great water pressure in the rainfall shower. Good location in. broadbeach. Close to the beach too. Staff pretty easily available (didn't need to contact out of hours, so don't know there). Jess super nice and helpful about a notebook I left there accidentally. - Seemed to be a pretty unhappy person when we checked in, but no big deal. One key fob didn't work as the battery had run out. Very minor problem that resulted in only a minor hassle. The check-in ofice is 1km away. Bit of a hassle, but hardly world-ending. Noise from the highway was pretty good going in the evenings, but again, we knew this would likely be the case when we booked it, as we could see where it was located - so no big deal. Higher on the cost front, but we did know it - so hardly a surprise. The points are all minor. I'd happily stay again.
