The cottage was perfect for our Easter weekend exploring the Rutherglen / Murray River region - better than I expected, cosier and better than the photos show. We had perfect weather to sit outside for meals and the fenced yard was perfect for us and our puppy. Anthony & Julie were great with communication and the touches to make us feel right at home. No hesitation in recommending this place to stay.

Our stay at Foundry Cottage was wonderful. The cottage is extremely quaint, very clean, well kitted out and in a peaceful location. It was really nice to be hosted by Anthony and Julie, they went out of their way to organise some fresh baked Artisan bread and had our favourite milk on hand for our arrival.Something that we haven't experienced before from other hosts, we really appreciated this kindness.Anthony was a fabulous communicator, very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage, a cute little piece of Australian history.

Thanks to Anthony and Julie for a wonderful stay at the beautiful Foundry Cottages. We stayed for two nights in March, and it was the perfect accommodation for a weekend away and would be great for a longer stay. The cottage had everything we needed, with provisions for breakfast too. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the gorgeous backyard. Anthony and Julie were very welcoming and proactive, and gave us some great recommendations for local eateries and wineries.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. Anthony and Julie greeted us with warm hospitality. The location was ideal, offering convenience.
