This 3-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Back Bay. It features a fully-equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board, heating & air conditioning, and two full en-suite bathrooms with showers and bathtubs. There are 2 queen-size beds (1 bed in each bedroom) (sleeps 2 guests in each bed) There is 1 double size bed in the 3rd bedroom(sleeps 2 guests) The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave oven, utensils, pots and pans, plates, bowls, and glassware. The living room features a sofa, WiFi, and a smart TV. Please note that you must use your personal logins to stream downloaded apps. The space has been upgraded to include a full work-from-home setup with an ergonomic chair, full desk, monitor, and accessories There is in-unit HVAC. The a/c is locked to 76F. In addition, we offer some great amenities including a rooftop pool, gym, and lounge/library. This cozy space is designed to make guests feel right at home, accommodating a maximum of four guests. Great Hosts, can't wait to book again!
Book Henry & Susan's . I was late checking in Henry soared above and beyond to accommodate me. The property was immaculate everything needed to move in and be comfortable we're provided. Location is perfect . I contacted Henry on my last night of my reservation to inquire about extending, unfortunately it was but available 😞 Henry informed me that he has another Unit in this property that was available 😊 He took care of all the arrangements. I unfortunately ran into a financial situation due to suspicious activity on my credit card. Henry worked with me and offered me a few different options. With all his help I was able to make it work, and moved from. an amazing unit into another one . It was a pleasure to Stay in your property and have the pleasure to have worked with you! Will definitely be returning !!!

One of the most iconic neighborhoods located at the affluent Back Bay destination is full of shopping and dining places you must visit, along Newbury Street, all locals frequent designer boutiques, fashion chains, art galleries, and patio cafes set in elegant brick townhouses. You can walk a few streets over to Marlborough and Beacon to find peaceful, tree-lined streets where the crowds feel miles away.
Staying in Back Bay means quick access to almost any part of the city, whether it’s crossing the bridge to Cambridge or heading to dinner in the South End. The Green and Orange lines are just steps away, but the ability to walk almost anywhere in the city is the real draw for most residents. Access to cultural institutions like the Boston Public Library and Symphony Hall, as well as iconic green spaces like the Boston Public Garden and Commonwealth Mall, is an obvious draw that explains why the area has maintained its desirability from the Victorian era to the present day.

Jaho is a coffee roaster and wine bar, yes you read that right! It has a gorgeous bar, really comfy and eccentric seats, and great espresso martinis!
Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co. and Dorchester Brewing Company are short Uber/Lyft hops away if you love craft beer!
The Bebop is a traditional Irish pub, 10 minute's walk
Boston is great if you want to avoid a car! Bostonians love to walk around Back Bay and South End and use the “T”. The location has a walk score of 98 out of 100, a rider (public transit) score of 96 out of 100, and a bikers paradise score of 91 out of 100. Prudential Station for the T is 01. Miles away!
Boston has a great public transportation network, highly recommended called the “T”. Parking can be at a premium. If you do need a car, then paid parking is available from X a day close by. There is no free parking nearby, I can send you a full list of parking options.. The “T” transit is great value and below is a summary, please ask if you need more details. There are bus stops and subway stops within walking distance. Biking is a cheap and easy way to get around too!

At Prudential Station you can get the 1,39, 43, and SL4 too. The 1 goes to Cambridge, the 43 to Tremont St/ Financial District, and the Sl4 to Essex St/ Atlantic Ave and Independence Wharf
To get to Cambridge you can also do the: #1 Bus on the corner of Massachusetts Ave and Columbus.
