Ms.Shaniya literally SAVED my vacation visiting Houston after I had a terrible experience at another Airbnb maybe 10 mins away . The place was clean and safe . I didn’t get to enjoy the pool from all the moving around I did , unfortunately. But Shaniya was patient and compassionate with all my questions during my stay . I would definitely stay again at her place ! Thanks again 🤗

We came down for a few days. The building was peaceful and friendly. Host was very responsive on the questions we had and about code to get in the pool and was great at following up. Its a cozy place for a couple, does have the basic kitchen amenities for easy eats. The courtyard is well maintained and nice tents and loungechairs by the pool.

Stayed here for 3 months and it was a perfect home base for my family. Loved the gym and pool. The apartment was clean and well laid out. Great kitchen for an apartment - really appreciated having a dishwasher and laundry in the unit. Also for an apartment couldn't hear neighbors which was amazing (best sound proof walls ever) I would totally recommend this place and the host was great, very responsive. A few things to note: Furniture is not very comfortable. The bed needed a lot of help so we ended up buying toppers and stuff to make it more comfortable. The couch looks good but not good for two people and we ended up on the floor a lot. Worked for us but wouldn't work for everyone. We bought black out curtains for the room bc a lot of street light comes in. if you need it dark I would recommend doing that (you can buy cheap ones on Amazon) There's one key fob to get in and out so we had to coordinate when we were leaving going to the gym etc. Overall would totally recommend!

it was an amazing place very peaceful can't wait to go back 😊 loved it just need a table or stools for the the island but even without it still felt like home I give her 5 🌟.
