We booked the unit for 15 days. Frankie, the co-host, was very responsive. However, we had problems in the first 3 days. The previous guest left the unit in bad shape so when we arrived at 3:33 p.m., it wasn't cleaned yet. It took 10 minutes for the cleaner to let us in and we had to wait for 2 hours for her to finish cleaning the unit. The unit was trashed; with missing utensils, towels, and soap; broken bed, blinds, trash can cabinet and TV; and a damaged bathtub. We slept on the sofa for 2 nights until the bed with broken fragments underneath it and the TV were fixed on the 3rd day. There were also 3 instances when we needed to use the laundry area but had to request the host to remove clothes left in the dryer/washer for hours or days. Thus, we're giving a 1-star rating due to these issues. Frankie offered a partial refund but it has been a week since we checked out and we haven't received any update yet. I can change the rating to 3 stars after I receive the partial refund.
