Iris was super responsive about any questions we had and accommodated our early check in request. There had been a wind storm prior to us arriving so the pool needed to be cleaned. When I notified Iris of this, she sent the pool guy over RIGHT AWAY. It was spotless when he left and my friends and I were able to enjoy it and the backyard. Would certainly stay at one of her properties again in the future.

We were four couples in Vegas for a fun weekend of sun, food, drink, and a show at the Venetian. The place is spacious and the pool is huge. Plenty of parking for 3 or 4 vehicles. The location is great for an easy Uber ride to the strip. We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was a great place to hang out. The rooms and bathrooms worked out perfectly for the couples. The amenities were plentiful and just as described in the listing. Although brand new, the pool heater wasn't working properly on our weekend. Iris was very responsive and reimbursed us for our heating fee, but it was a bummer because we couldn't enjoy the water the way we planned. The neighborhood is pretty rundown and kids in the home behind us peered over the fence while we were hanging out in the sun. Video games and poker table were a great time. Communication with the host was excellent.

Iris has created one of the best places to stay in Vegas! I highly recommend if you are staying with a big group of friends! Her place helped make my bachelorette party one to remember. We all had a great time at her place.

Nice home! Grand kids enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was great, plenty of seating and beds. Was a great location and plenty of room for our family of 8. Definitely would stay again.
