PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds. Stairs are required to access some units and common areas. This is a single-story unit. The bedrooms in this condominium are located on the ground floor. WALKING TO THE PLAZA The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and take around 20 minutes. Note: There will be construction taking place on the roof and HVAC units at Fort Marcy until Spring 2024.

Great location. Right on the road to the mountain and about an 8minute drive to plaza. Very clean. Mattress are SUPER COMFY! We did not get to enjoy the hot tub because it closes at 5:45. Just something to note if that is your reason for booking. Would highly recommend!
This place was ok. I will say it was convenient to be able to walk to a restaurant at the plaza. We planned on being at Ski Santa Fe the day of check-in and again the day we were checking out, so the location seemed perfect as a place to spend the night. Upon check-in at 5:30, after a day on the slopes, we were told that the hot tub area closes at 5:45. I wouldn't expect a listing to call out their hot tub hours, unless they were abnormal, but in this case, I think such an early closing time is very abnormal. After check-in, we decided that a warm shower after a day on the slopes would have to replace our missed hot tub opportunity. There were four of us, booked at a place that says it accommodates four people. Two of us quickly showered in the two bathrooms, but by the time the third person could get into the shower, it seemed that there was no more hot water. I don't know if there are individual water heaters or if it's a shared boiler, but cold showers weren't fun for person 3 & 4
This is not a typical AirBnb place, being more of a condo/hotel situation. However, it was a fabulous place to stay, and probably the best-equipped kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb place. I really felt that if my family was going to spend a month in Santa Fe, this would be perfect. Our only problem was during check-in. We arrived via GPS directions, and tried to call the "host" as recommended, but had a frustrating time on the phone. Finally we spotted a cleaner walking by, and got directions to the front office. From then on, the stay was excellent in every way.
Great and roomy place for the price. Parking was not the best but to be expected on a holiday weekend.
