Welcome! Our home is centrally located with 5+ walkable restaurants, a grocery store, and many other retail stores. We are 2 minutes to Lake Norman, 15 min to Mooresville and 40 min to Charlotte. You will have a private floor to yourself, accessible at any time through a digital door lock for easy self check-in. The bottom floor of the home is where my Husband and I live as well as our pup. The top floor (where you will be) has an oversized loft, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When you come in through the front door, you will walk into the hallway of the home, directly ahead is the stairs that will lead you to your bedrooms and living area! Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms; 1 king with a dethatched bathroom and 2 queen bedrooms with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting both rooms. You are welcome to choose any of the rooms you like. For one night stays, there is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom max included in the cleaning fee. If you need the additional bed and bathroom for a one night stay, there will be a $30 cleaning fee request sent at the time of booking. If this is not fulfilled within 24 hours, the listing will be canceled. For 2 night stays and beyond, all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are full accessible and not shared with anyone outside of your group.

Megan is awesome!! The house was beautiful and clean. Their sweet pup Tucker is so excited to have company! It was so comfy and we felt right at home and at ease and safe. Thank you guys so much and we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.
Absolutely Perfect Stay!! My niece put it best: “I have to say… the pictures aren't enough for this place. Wow Megan and Mason were amazing superhosts. They were extremely welcoming and tentative to all of my family’s needs. There were TVs in every room, plenty of towels and wash clothes, throw blankets galore, and I didn't want to give one back lol. They told us to make ourselves at home, and meant just that. Megan and Mason were awesome at offering ideas for things to do while we were there celebrating our Father/Grandfather’s 77th birthday. 9 times out of 10 I HIGHLY recommend. Best airbnb I've stayed at hands down. And definitely can't forget about Tucker. His eyes would suck you in for a good old rub down. He is so adorable. I will definitely be back for another stay soon. “

The neighborhood is safe, quiet and centrally located. They also go big for Holidays so if you're staying around Halloween or Christmas there's lots to look at!
Guests can walk to grocery, food, haircuts, nails, ABC store, and other retail locations. Within 10 min driving distance you can be at any number of restaurants and shopping. Lake Norman is less than 2 min away, Mooresville 10-15 depending on traffic, Charlotte ~45 min. We do provide ONE parking space. No more than 1 car will be accepted per reservation.

Mason and I are from Charlotte, NC. I am an NC native, Mason is from Maine. We have a golden retriever, Tucker. We rarely ever leave him behind, but if we do.. we bring a crate with us! Mason and I both love live music, food, the beach, the mountains and exploring new towns. Sometimes were in town for the weekend, sometimes a week. We can't wait to meet you :)
