Great little basement apartment with a truly outstanding bathroom. If you’re a fan of big walk-in showers with large rain-style shower heads, this is the place for you. The addition of a comfortable free-standing bathtub was a nice bonus. The host was friendly and helpful, the furniture was dated but spotless and comfortable. Not much in terms of a kitchen, but I didn’t need one. The walls were a little thin, and there were no curtains on the bathroom window, and the water heater didn’t provide hot water for very long, but otherwise this was just about perfect. If/when I return to the area, I will absolutely use this location again.

Sarah was a very accommodating host! Super responsive and very clear with communication. Would highly recommend this spot as its location is great for most things in Denver (we stayed for the Denver Nuggets game at Ball Arena which was only a 10 minute drive). Also a very private spot which made the stay even more comfortable. Thank you again for everything!!
