Our stay was fantastic. The room was spacious with air conditioning and fans in the rooms and common areas. On arrival we were notified that the washing machine was not working, but they fixed it and we were able to use it! The host was attentive at all times and answered our messages and queries promptly. We decided to stay a couple of days longer and were offered a spare room and the option to leave our backpacks while we visited the surrounding area. When we had to leave the room our key was broken, we managed to get it out of the lock and reported what had happened. Our host was very understanding and kind and did not charge us for the new key he had to make. There is a cleaning lady who is always available and in contact with the host. We really liked the place and would definitely recommend it. We appreciate the treatment we received and the fact that we were able to make use of the. Fridge and kitchenette, it was like being at home!
