Perfect small Town environment.

The location was perfect for our week long hiking trip. Close to Guadelupe Mountain trails and Carlsbad Caverns. Very clean, nice amenities, and private. Description fit the home. I would definitely stay here again. Our host Laura was even kind enough to reach out and ask if we needed anything at all! First time that’s happened for me via Airbnb. Five star rating from me and my gf!

I was visiting the Salt Flats and Guadalupe Mountains. I stayed at Laura’s place at the North Harvey and it was delightful - perfect accommodations for this solo traveler. Very convenient location for what I had planned for the weekend. The scenery was beautiful and I will never forget the roost of grackles right outside the door! They lent a very Poe-vibe to my Halloween weekend adventures.

I grew up on a ranch in the vicinity of my properties and went away for many years. When I came home I decided to refurbish the oldest buildings I could buy and do something to tidy up the community at the same time. It has been rewarding to create a calm, livable space out of almost ruin. I recently finished the renovation of the only motel Dell City had which was built in 1950 and has not been open for over 30 years. It has 4 AIRBNB units.
