We rented Akhilesh's home because our daughter was graduating with her Masters from UAlbany. The size of the house is actually quite misleading from outside. It looks like a small house, but once you get inside, it is very spacious and beautiful! We had plenty of room to gather together and celebrate as well as our own rooms to spread out as needed. The house was clean and stocked with all of the things you would use/need at home to prepare meals, bath linens and comfortable beds and furniture. Akhilesh was great with communication and provided the necessary information for ease of access. Overall, we were very pleased with the home and accommodations and would recommend this home and the owner to anyone looking to stay in Albany. We would absolutely rent from Akhilesh again! We had a wonderful stay at Akhilesh's spacious and lovely home for our son's graduation from SUNY Albany. The location and space were perfect. The rooms were perfect and instructions clear. We will definitely return in the future for visits to Albany.

Great stay! This house is so much more spacious than it looks like it should be from the front. Akhilesh's photos are accurate! Beautiful view of the river and trees out the back. We visited during a snowstorm, so there was no sitting on the deck, but it would be lovely to in the right seasons. Akhilesh/Chris was very responsive and helpful, and our extended family had everything we needed to celebrate my mother-in-law's 85th birthday!

We had difficulty with consistent wi-fi. We did restart the router but it continued to be problematic. I had two online meetings scheduled. had to cancel one meeting and had very poor connection during the other.
