Everything was perfect however the locks to the doors and building were very temperamental and took multiple times to lock and unlock when entering and leaving. Apart from that everything was brilliant

El estudio es de 14mts cómo se menciona en el anuncio, esta impecable y tiene una preciosa luz y vista. Pero llegar a él es una experiencia poco agradable! Hay q pasar 3 puertas distintas que llegan a una escalera que de ancho no tiene más de 60cm, casi en forma de caracol. Hacer esa subida con maletas, igual que la bajada fue agotador! El entorno de la escalera es un poco siniestro, descuidado y oscuro. A pesar de que nos encantó el apto, no volvería a pasar por la experiencia. Llegar de caminar todo el día y subir esas escaleras no fue la mejor elección. Yohann es extremadamente amable, el apto está muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. El lugar donde levantar y dejar las llaves es muy lejos. Yo no volvería :(

Logement très bien agencé, fonctionnel,dans un immeuble calme et sécurisé, au 7eme étage , par un accès assez étroit. Très bonne communication avec Yohann, réactif, avec le soucis que l’on passe un bon séjour.

Had a great stay in this flat. The check-in was really easy as Yohann explained it very detailed. Everything was as described and the location is definitely really nice, not so far from the Eiffel tower (which you can even see when you look out of the window) and also a perfect location when going to Roland Garros. I would definitely come back and can absolutely recommend to book it.

Nice and beautiful small studio for maximum 2 people. Have some view of eiffel tower through window. Only downside is that the studio is on 7th floor with no elevator and narrow staircase.
