great location. near business area. accessible with LRT. host has few units. but lighting a bit gloomy, centralized aircond and my assigned unit neighbouring and facing with foreign workers unit who smoke, so the smell enter our unit
It has not been a pleasant stay.first we requested for a floor mattress at booking,host said check one day prior to check in, but I consistently checked on the availability, but host insisted to check one day prior. At last,no floor mattress. On top of that,i also requested for cleaning tools like broom and mop, but none were provided. It has created unnecessary anxiety as a guest, would appreciate if host just decline all my request and I will cancel my booking.the second room has mouldy wall and ceiling and broken door knob.highlighted to host but only responded at my last day of stay. The amenities listing and pictures are inconsistent. so my unit doesn’t have a washer and dryer,no writing table either. Host wasn’t kind in my dealing as host proposed to me that I could just cancel my booking which was after one night’s stay.host can do better to eliminate anxiety in me by just declining all my request before I check in. wasn’t a pleasant stay. The location near the LRT station was super convenient. The room was spotless, and everything was on point. thanks to the host for a great experience! 5/5, would definitely recommend.
The overall check-in from beginning of my 1-day to check-out was a breeze. I like the way you are not require to deal with a person and host was very helpful with the entire process. As for the unit, it was as expected based on the listing with basic amenities, proper bedding for a night rest, and toilet feels throughout clean. However, location isn't pleasant as traffic congestion may cause a problem especially during peak office hours.
The design very nice, environment good. Host very responsive.
