You will stay at the foot of shops, 50m from the casino, and 300m from the beach. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet and secure residence. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home. Designed for 4 people, it is composed as follows: - A living room with a seating area and dining area offering direct access to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a high-end convertible sofa and a Smart TV giving access to Youtube, Netflix, etc. - A fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals. - A master suite with dressing room equipped with quality Queen Size bedding (160x200cm), a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, and a workspace for travelers wishing to telecommute. - Separate toilet. The accommodation is very bright and warm. It also has access to a communal parking lot; the spaces are not nominative, and we cannot guarantee their availability. Available to you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, Smart TV, garden furniture, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, etc... For families, upon request, we can provide you with a baby cot (umbrella) and a high chair. Don't forget to ask us before your arrival. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage.
