I stayed several weeks at Kathleen's "Pedaler's Paradise" due to work. I was given a warm greeting by Kathleen when I checked in. The place was easy to settle into and had everything I needed to be comfortable. It was quaint and cozy and had a nice "old-home" appeal to it that I very much enjoyed. And I was most grateful and appreciative of Kathleen opening her space up to me. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that has easy access to pretty much whatever you have need of or the desire to explore in the area.

This was a nice place to stay at during my month in Dayton, OH. I felt comfortable and safe. I would recommend staying here.

Absolutely exceeded all expectations. Felt right at home for my month in Dayton. Host was incredibly welcoming and offered great insight to the area, she even provided grocery essentials and homemade muffins! The neighborhood is gorgeous, safe, and filled with delicious restaurants within a short walk. The house was pristine and had a wonderfully homey vibe. I cannot recommend this host enough.

This was a nice stay. Worked great for my needs while rotating at Kettering hospitals as this location is very central. It is also located in a nice and safe neighborhood.
