My family and I have been to Nairobi several times previously and have stayed at different accommodations that were generally good, Avilla stood out in terms of cleanliness, quick and comprehensive response, friendliness and general commitment to guests’ comfort. Avilla has a great team, God bless you. During our stay with my wife, Guests’ Relations Manager - Mariam went extra miles to ensure we were at home, We can definitely choose Avilla again when next we’ll be in Nairobi. I strongly recommend Avilla for decent guests.

Highly recommend!!! Apt is in a pristine location, walking distance from shops and restaurants and you feel very safe. Elizabeth and Mariam are proactive and great communicators. My flight was delayed a couple hours and they honored my request for a later checkout. Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future

Avilla's space is located in a very very secure apartment complex that also comes with a mini grocery store on the ground floor where you can buy almost everything! Security is super tight, and it is almost annoying all deliveries have to be picked up from the security area. That is how good they are! The apartment itself is exactly as it looks on photos, but super clean with a very modern design. I truly enjoyed the time I spent in this space. Avilla was super communicative, and all cleaning requests were honored in a timely way. She was also flexible enough to accommodate a late check out due to a late flight and for that I am grateful. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Truly worth every dime. The only concern I would just mention is daytime noise from a construction site a block down the road but otherwise its peaceful and quiet at night.
