Relax with the whole family at this peaceful newly built home, surrounded by trees yet less than two miles from Lake Texoma. The spacious kitchen is a dream to cook in as you look out the many windows overlooking the back yard. The large screened in porch is the perfect place to listen to birds and watch for deer as you drink your morning coffee. A large Blackstone griddle is available on the back porch if that's more your style. A dedicated cell tower provides excellent wifi for distance work. This house was completed in summer 2023, and is on an eight acre plot. The house is situated back in the trees, providing a peaceful setting. High ceilings and a multitude of windows give an open feel to the place. The kitchen includes a huge island with seating for five. The dining table seats four to six. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a dedicated workspace. That bathroom has a roll in shower with hand held shower wand, bench seat, and a bidet toilet. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, and the third has two extra-long twin beds. Their bathroom has a bidet toilet and a tub with handheld shower. The half bath toilet is a right height size. One futon is in the living area and one is on the screened in porch. Linens and pillows are available for these and are located under one of the twin beds.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Private place surrounded by trees. Very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing! Feels just like you’re right at home! Loved every minute of our stay. We can’t wait to come back!
Brand new and everything you need and more. The home was well laid out and very comfortable. The kitchen was especially well appointed with extras you don’t want to have to buy for one meal. Cozy fireplace that warmed the room. House nestled in the woods for privacy. We would definitely stay again.
the home was beautiful as well as the view. loved cooking in the huge kitchen. she was sweet and decorated for Christmas. loved the screened in back patio...was the perfect early morning coffee spot. she does have a camper in the carport that she said she occasionally will stay in and it's very close to the house. but she wasn't staying in it during our stay so we had privacy which we love. my granddaughter loved the fireplace... she laid in front of it to watch christmas movies. I would definitely recommend a Stay here.
This home was my favorite place to stay yet! Beautiful and spacious location…the kitchen was absolutely stunning and all was so homey! The back porch/sunroom was wonderful! I just can’t say enough good things to say!

This home sits on 8 acres in a new ranchette development, surrounded by meadows and farms. Less than two miles away is a public access beach and three boat ramps at Lake Texoma. The small community of Enos is about three miles away and boasts a few restaurants, a gas station, and a Dollar General. The town of Kingston is about 12 miles away, where you can find several restaurants, a grocery store, a hardware store, and a coffee shop.
Lake Texoma is less than 2 miles away, with a public beach and 3 boat ramps available. If gambling is more your speed, 7 casinos are within an hour's drive of Lilac House. The closest is Megastar Casino 20 minutes away and the furthest is Winstar World at 55 minutes. Choctaw Casino in Durant is a 40 minute drive.
