Great neighborhood within walking distance to the award winning beach and beach trail. Restaurants, shops and Farmer's Market are all within a few blocks walking or driving. This unit is one of 5 in a long term apartment rental building. We have a close knit community and neighbors are keen about any disruptions in the area. A peaceful place to call home while traveling for work or pleasure.
Trolley is a fun and local way to tour town, walking, biking cars etc...all work.
