This was a beautiful home in a private setting. We saw 12 deer and a hummingbird from the porch. The night sky was beautiful especially viewed from the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were ample and spread out which allowed for maximum privacy inside the home.

Amazing house. Well worth the price of the stay! We spend a lot of time in Ruidoso and we will keep this place in mind for the future.

So our stay there at the home was amazing, right in the center of Ruidoso. Easy to get from place to place, house felt comfortable. Only issue I had was unresponsive host. Needed help with some issues at the house and I called a few times and never heard back. So I gave up. I’m sorry, I never complain but I will never use air bnb when evolve is the host. Thanks

While our stay at this Airbnb had its ups and downs, there were a few aspects that fell short of our expectations. Firstly, despite the hefty $340 cleaning fee, the cleanliness of the house left something to be desired. We noticed dirty baseboards and multiple balls of hair scattered around, which was a bit off-putting. Furthermore, we encountered some unexpected issues such as a broken bed, complete with an "out of order" sign taped on it, which was not communicated to us in advance. Additionally, we noticed exposed outlets and a broken shower door, which compromised both safety and convenience during our stay. On the positive side, the location was convenient and the host was responsive to our inquiries. However, for the price we paid and the cleaning fee charged, we expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, while our experience had its drawbacks, it was not entirely unpleasant.
