Simplify your life in this peaceful, centrally-located home.Our new studio apartment with a small shaded terrace is attached to our house. We are located not far from the motorway entrance, the via Rhôna for cyclists and the train station. At 20 mn on foot and s by car, you can discover the village where you will find a number of shops (bakery, grocery, butcher, etc.), a cinema and an indoor swimming pool. There are also a number of supermarkets nearby.

endroit idéal pour faire 1 halte. logement propre, au calme, accès de plein pied. je recommande et y reviendrai si besoin.
Très bon accueil. Le studio est très bien situé par rapport à l'autoroute (5 min) sans les effets nuisibles du bruit. La mezzanine permet un espace nuit indépendant. Pas de restaurants à coté, mais une zone à 10 minutes sur Loriol.

We are in a quiet neighbourhood despite the fact that the motorway entrance is not far away. The house is situated on a large lot of land and the houses in the neighbourhood also have a lot of land.
There are plenty of country lanes for walking. The voie Rhôna is not far away, as is the motorway entrance. We are 1 hour half from the sea and the mountains for skiing.
