This is a newly refurbished 2-storey semi detached double storey house of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room with android tv, netflix, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, free parking on site. It is centrally-located between Miri city & Lutong Town . Driving tobcity centre less than 10 min & to airport is about 10-15 mins depending on traffic. Saberkas Commercial Centre is walking distance from the house. It has the biggest night market, restaurants, Supermarket, laundry. It is a semi detached double storey house of 4 bedroom. Ground floor: 1) 1 master bedroom (king size bed) with attached bathroom 2) Living room with android tv (Netflix account I'd provided) 3) Dining room cum working space 4) kitchen with stove and washing machine 5) Balcony with outdoor dining table 6) Parking for 2 cars First floor: 1) Another master bedroom (king sized bed),with attached bathroom with bathtub 2) 1st guest bedroom with 2 single beds 3) 2nd guest bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed 4) Shared full bathroom with shower 5) Reading nook We also provide: 1) Food catering and breakfast 2) Car/van rental 3) Van with driver 4) Tour arrangement to city center, Bekenu, Niah and Brunei

This is a great place to stay at Piasau, Miri. Very near shops, restaurants, and other attractions. The selection of books on the landing was outstanding. The provided board games was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely come again to stay if provided the opportunity.

It is a very quiet neighbourhood, even though it is located just minutes from city centre. The house is also centrally located between City Center of Miri and Lutong and also walking distance to Saberkas Commercial centre which is a self-sufficient Commercial centre. Saberkas Comercial Center has a big supermarket chain (Everrise), plenty of restaurants (including our Restaurant, The Bulatan Cafe, do check it out and ask for discount coupons from my staff), laundry facilities, convenient stores ( 7-11), the biggest night market in Miri (Pasar Malam Saberkas) which is held from Tuesday to Sunday, Cold storage shop, fruit shop barber, saloon, bike shop and many more.
it is also walking distance to The Bulatan Park, where it is a jogging paradise and very popular with locals.
Since Miri is surrounded by beaches, if you are tired staying in the house, beaches are just a few minutes away by car from the property.
Getting around is super easy. There is a bus station walking distance from the house. Taxi, Grab and other e-hailing services are readily available. We also provide car rental. tour and other transportation rental. Just contact us directly once your booking is confirmed for car rental and tours. Driving around Miri is super easy as there is very little traffic jam even though Miri is a city.
