The first thing you notice as you drive in is the space. Lots and lots of space! Then you see the full-size Pickleball court and then the disc golf baskets. The club house for kids, pool, hot tub and fire pit for family enjoyment! What doesn't this property have? Not everything, but it has fun, space and peacefullness. You and your family will not be disappointed with your stay here! There are 4 bedrooms plus a sofa bed to accommodate up to 11 guests. The house was built as the home for a massive citrus Orchard and so we styled after the original farm theme.

Such a great stay! Bryce and the family were amazing! Responded fast and we’re always willing to assist. I had issues turning the jacuzzi on and Bryce came down and fixed it. Would highly recommend!
It was a pleasure to stay at Bryce's BNB. Many great things to say about this place, it was spotless in the house, lawn well maintained, and amazing amenities. My friends and I had a great time playing pickleball, swimming in the pool, and chilling in this cozy home. Only thing I would recommend if you stay here is be aware that there are no locks on the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Otherwise, it is a phenomenal location for a vacation in the Clearwater / Tampa area. Lots of fun to be had here, and overall a stellar experience. Thank you Bryce.
The house was beautiful very clean and close to everything. Bryce was very helpful and very responsive. We didn’t want to leave it felt like home. I would definitely recommend. Lot’s to do!!

Centrally located to all nearby Clearwater favorties. The house is off a main road but also has a driveway through a nice quiet neighborhood.
You will want to drive to get around the neighborhood but if you want to go a on a nice walk there are nice streets for that as well.
