Peaceful house close to city centre. One bathroom with bathtub and shower, instant hot water and central heating, fully equipped kitchen. Full of amenities such as parks, supermarkets and pubs. The property 2 dining tables and 1 good sized garden with tables and chairs. *PLEASE NOTE: NO WI-FI and NO TV CHANNELS in the house at present* There is a TV with HDMI cable and a laptop to watch DVDs or listen to Music* 2 story house with a good sized garden. The house is nice and cosy. There are parks and amenities around in the area. Also the Royal Victoria Hospital is only 5 minutes walk from the house.

A really excellent home and a very friendly and helpful host. The property is very clean and tidy with easy self check-in following clear instructions from the host. The host was also willing to adjust the Check In for me so that I could attend an event. Host was very clear in communications and the house is quiet, well appointed and with good on-street parking for quick access to the City Centre. Definitely recommended.

The neighbourhood is quiet and therefore noise must be reduced after 22:00. If you interact with neighbours, please be respectful as they would be to you.
To get downtown it is 15-20 on foot or around 7 minutes by bus, taxi or bicycle. Excellent public transport. Many parks, pubs and other amenities in the area. The house is also a 5 minute walk from Royal Victoria Hospital.
