The yard could have used some TLC. Sunroom was awesome too hang out in, but everyone of us commented on how uncomfortable the seating was.

Outstanding property. Had everything we needed, close to the grocery store. Provided a great gathering place for our family to meet up. Convenient to downtown, waterfront, quick drive to UMD - everything we needed was close by. All in, a super spot and a great house.

The weather was awful. We love Duluth and were unable to participate in the usual activities. We travel with grandkids and were excited to be right across from the lake walk. The last week in March in March is spring break for the kids and we were always able to do many things. The house was nice as the room off the kitchen was great for family games and was far enough from the tv room so others could watch a movie. Some of the rooms were definitely smaller than the pictures. Because the weather was bad this was noticed as we were a group of 9 and spent lots of time at the house. Cute house though and we would use it again. Suggestions - the couch cushions are worn and stained. Maybe covers could work. The throw rug in tv area could use a non slip pad under it as it moves and becomes a trip hazard. You also might consider grab bars behind the toilets. I would also suggest a couple hooks in the back entryway for wet clothing like snowpants.
