Rooms were clean and the estate is maintained very well. the host was very accommodating.

Comfortable and clean, quiet and accessible to the city centre! Plug points away from the bed, need an extension box. Could improve the experience by offering water/water bottles.

The stay gives exactly what it promises, the caretaker is very prompt in dealing with any concerns , and so is Jayanthi, the only problem I would say is transportation, it may be slightly hard to get around the place without a personal vehicle, so do plan to get a vehicle before you visit

Newly built rooms, located in coffee plantation with Beautiful Scenic mountain views. Another best part is the building staff, they are very helpful. Especially Ganesh is multi-lingual. quite responsive and resourceful. cons: Room needs some simple additional furnishings like wardrobe, hangers, table or shelf to keep cloths and stuff. Transportation from here to Madikeri is expensive (200-250Rs, one way) and not easy to find autos from here to city. Wifi did not work. This place may be good for those who have their own transportation and doesn't require wifi.
