位置好是亮点，去box hill centre非常方便，不但适合旅游出行，更适合华人生活。 火车噪音是硬伤，老人家来过春节，但火车通过时难以入睡。此外，四个人入住，只有一把钥匙和门禁，有些不方便。

Stayed two nights, check in process need to improve little bit but the house is quite nice and clean. Good location and very convenient.

Good location, steps away from Boxhill Central, good and easy access carpark, very well lit and plenty of vacant spaces! Love the gym and pool here. I really love clean places, so I clean the places I'd touch every time. There are some spots with hair, some stains, and dust on the bed where I had to clean before using. But overall, you can see it's replaced and cleaned before handing the keys to us. Apartment is next to railway, trains on the middle track has a louder noise than the two on the side, but we had good sleep.
