Our fourth stay in this beautiful home in this beautiful country and not our last. Nestled next to the river Conon, surrounded by trails, waterfalls and walking distance to the fairy glen. A fantastic shop right down the street took care of all our grocery needs. Maggie and Seamus are the absolute best! Highly responsive and helpful, the epitome of Scottish hospitality!!!!

There aren’t enough words for how beautiful and perfect the Old Mill is. It’s immediately apparent that each tiny detail of this home has been hand selected and prepared with care by this awesome duo. From the flowers surrounding the Mill and decor inside to the flow of the creek outside, this place feels better than home! As if Skye isn’t a gorgeous enough place, the Old Mill adds to the magic and creates a serene haven. My Dad and I joked that it felt like we were tucked away in the Shire. Off the loop in Uig you have easy access to all the must see spots on the eastern side of Skye. Closest spots include Fairy Glen and Rha Falls. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we felt settled and set up for a wonderful stay. They left detailed instructions, recommendations and provided check-ins during our stay to ensure we felt right at home! I hope to stay here again. Thank you for sharing this place with us!

This home away from home exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and comfort. The spacious layout and impeccable cleanliness immediately caught our eye, showcasing the care and attention to detail that the hosts put into maintaining their home. Sehr gemütliches Haus, in dem man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlt, besonders mit dem Bach im Garten und der Nähe zum Meer. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und besitzt alles was man braucht. Mehrere Schlafzimmer und Bäder geben allen die nötige Privatsphäre. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und antworten sehr schnell.
