We had a mixed experience during our recent stay. The apartment itself is situated in a delightful area, truly lovely and convenient for exploring the local sights. The overall charm of the place was nice, with a comfortable layout and good amenities. However, our visit was marred right from the start by cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, we encountered a significant ant problem in the apartment. It was quite distressing to find so many ants around. Fortunately, our host was very responsive and arranged for pest control swiftly, which we appreciated. Despite this, the overall cleaning of the apartment seemed to have been overlooked prior to our arrival, which was disappointing. Due to the timing of the cleaning schedule, which was set for later in our stay, we found it unsuitable to continue our visit as planned.
Place was clean. Normy was responsive.

Guests accept and understand they shall be required to vacate the property at the end of the booking as per their rental payment period. In the event the guest does not vacate, the company has the right to charge such penalties as necessary to cover all losses incurred, which shall include any loss of income to the landlord.
Guests must give 2 weeks' notice if they wish to extend or vacate the property. Extension payments must be settled 10 days prior to the start of the extension date. If payment is still not received at the start of the extension date, the company will proceed with the guest's immediate check-out. Upon confirmation of check-out, the company has the right to advertise the property and accept bookings for the period after the guest's paid rental period. If a late notice is given, penalty charges will be applied (nightly rate fee).
If a guest is absent from the country at the expiry of the rental period or leaves the property without notice to the company or if he has not paid the balance of the rent due, the company shall have the right to enter the premises and to lease it to others the company finds suitable.
