Wonderful recently refurbished and furnished flat located less than 5 minutes from the most central place in the whole city, Puerta del Sol. Very bright, spacious and with views to the outside. It has all the necessary amenities to have an unforgettable stay in Madrid. Wifi, Smart TV, electrical appliances... More than 8 years of experience behind us, we will be happy to accommodate you. The flat is located on a fourth floor with lots of light and is distributed into four bedrooms, three of them with double beds and one with a 90cm single bed, and four bathrooms, three of which are en suite and one of which has a bathtub and shower. The bedrooms also have large wardrobes. It also has a large living-dining room, Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and crockery. It has air conditioning in all rooms, gas heating and LED lighting.

Appartement à la décoration contemporaine impeccable, dont 3 chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain, une 4eme chambre avec salle de bain dans le couloir, situé à un étage élevé, belle orientation du séjour.
L’appartement est magnifique et spacieux, il est très bien situé ce qui nous a permis de faire énormément de choses à pieds facilement. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour séjourner confortablement seul petit bémol au niveau de la cuisine où nous avons trouvé dommage de ne pas trouver quelques basiques (café, thé, sucre, huile et surtout des torchons) néanmoins il y avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Jorge a été très réactif à nos messages. Merci et à bientôt !
Lovely apartment. It's very spacious and comfortable . Great place for a weekend stay. It is very convenient to all the major attractions but still quite at night. 5th floor and no lift can be an issue for elderly access. But overall very happy and would recommend highly for a stay in Central Madrid
Superbe appartement très confortable très belles prestations, très bien situé. Attente à l'arrivée pour le check in assez importante mais le reste était parfait.
La ubicación y el alojamiento, junto con la limpieza, decoración de diseño y buen trato del anfitrión son especialmente reseñables a la par que acogedores.

The central district and, more specifically, Puerta del Sol, is the heart of Madrid. It is the central axis around which Madrid's tourist, cultural and leisure life revolves. This area is usually the starting point of any tourist route through the city. In the 15th century, Puerta del Sol was the place where the eastern limits of the city were located, and after the expansion of the city it became its kilometre 0. Every December 31st, thousands of people gather here to greet the new year to the sound of the twelve chimes of the clock. At night, the area never stops being alive and walking towards the Gran Vía, which is only 5 minutes away, you can find all kinds of leisure activities and bars open almost 24 hours a day. The Coliseum, Lope de Vega, Rialto, Calderón, Fígaro - Adolfo Marsillach, Pequeño Teatro Gran Vía, Teatro EDP Gran Vía and Muñoz Seca and Príncipe Gran Vía theatres are located within a little more than a kilometre. The Sol-Gran Vía area is also one of the most important shopping areas in Madrid, a day's shopping here is like strolling through a large open-air shopping centre.

Bus: Lines 001, 1, 2, 3, 46, 74, 146, N16, N18, N19, N20 and N21 Gran Vía - Callao stop, 5 minutes walking distance.
Renfe Cercanías (commuter): Sol station, lines C3 and C4, 2 minutes walking distance.
