We have managed to provide our guests with an apartment that is 150m away from the center, situated in a very peaceful area. The apartment has 43m2, and its design will not leave you indifferent. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. We would like to highlight the free parking space, fast Wi-Fi, two sofas, working table, w.m... - The apartment is decorated in an artistic style and is located in the city center, considered the most attractive part of the city. Despite being in the center, the area is exceptionally peaceful. - The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. - The design is captivating. In the living room, there are two pull-out sofas, a chest of drawers, and authentic decorations. The dining table is suitable for 4 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with both technical appliances (refrigerator, extractor hood, built-in stove, kettle, etc.) and utensils for preparing your favorite meals. - The Double bed is exceptionally comfortable, a feature our previous guests have particularly appreciated and highlighted in reviews. The corner sofa is also comfortable and suitable as a separate unit or as an addition when there are more than 2 people in the apartment. - Everything in the apartment is available for free use, including air conditioning, parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi, a work desk and ergonomic chair, washing machine, cable TV, and many other amenities. - The apartment is courtyard-oriented, and the building has an elevator. - Since the apartment is in the center, it goes without saying that within a few minutes' walk, there are facilities to enhance and enrich your stay, such as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, health food stores, markets, and more.

Die Wohnung war modern, hell, sauber, top ausgestattet und mit eigenem Parkplatz direkt hinter einem Tor vor der Wohnung. Die Lage ist perfekt, alles fußläufig erreichbar und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Trotz später, spontaner Buchung war die Wohnung bei Ankunft bezugsfertig und blitzsauber. Miloš war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Wegbeschreibung sowie Check-In war perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert! Danke Miloš für den tollen Aufenthalt!

The neighbors, as well as the entire community, are friendly and peaceful. The area is suitable for couples, families, as well as multiple couples, families, or groups.
The street "Grozde Gajisin" is in a specific location. Only one-way streets surround it, so it is necessary to choose the right route. The navigation will lead you through "Bulevar Mihajla Pupina"; you need to turn into the street "Njegoseva," which is the first one-way street. Then, go to the end and turn left over "Trifkovic Square." Continue straight to the end, and there is a junction that allows you to turn either left or right; you need to turn right, and the street is called "Svetozara Miletica." After that, the road leads to "Grckoskolska," where you need to turn left into the street "Nikole Pasica," and immediately the first left (a dead-end street) is "Grozde Gajisin." Go to the end, and you have reached the address. Pay attention to the pictures in the profile description to orient yourself more easily.
