The host was very friendly and accommodating. She was kind enough when the heat wasn’t working to offer opening her personal home to us to have someplace warm to sleep while the heating got fixed. That was an above and beyond gesture that my family was grateful for. Couple of things to note: The mast bathroom toilet barely flushed and if anything like toilet paper is put down the toilet then it will overflow. Was told afterwards to put used TP in the trash can not the toilet. We were grossed out by that so we didn’t use the master bathroom. With check out they want you to be responsible for washing all of the towels & bedsheets from all the rooms and have them dried & put back in the room they came from. They didn’t provide any detergent for those loads of laundry & apart of the instructions is to purchase your own detergent. I felt this is something we shouldn’t have had to do since there is a cleaning fee. Gather the towels sure, but clean them- no we had to travel early in the AM.
