Pros 1. Place was as described in the photos 2. Looks like a relatively new building so everything is new Cons 1. Not very family friendly if you have small children. The air vents throughout the house are not secured; the kids found this within the first 10 minutes. Presents a safety concern as aluminum part could easily cut your fingers when not secured. 2. Not an easy place to find at night in the dark 3. My advice, make sure you take pictures of what the house looks like if you are going to rent. The owner asked for some reimbursement after we left cos of scratches on the wall and vacuum cleaner that was supposedly broken (that we never even used). Something like this is difficult to disprove as a guest (unless you took before and after pictures) As at the time of writing this review, we have disputed and AirBnB is yet to provided a final adjudication.

Amy was just the most perfect host for our stay in Toronto. We needed a place to stay urgently, and for a very sad reason. Amy was incredibly kind and comforting. I couldn’t have imagined staying anywhere else to get the comforting peace of mind stay during this difficult trip. Her home was pristine. I didn’t need to worry about anything in her house, and the warm and comforting energy was exactly what we needed. Thank you Amy, so much!

Amy's place is like a second home to me, when we went in immediately I felt like home, so clean, so organize, so cozy. Best place ever to stay.
