Very close to train station literally 20 seconds over the road,bus station and taxi rank all within 2 minutes walk. Restaurants are also on the doorstep: Marks & Spencers,Tesco and Lidl are also very close . 5 minutes walk to the beach and marina . 10 minutes walk to the famous farnicular railway of Constitution Hill which gives breathtaking views over Cardigan Bay. Aber University is a 15 minute walk . ✅ Access to the house is via self-checkin with key code lock by the front door under the black cover . We provide the code before arrival. ✅ During the hours of 10.30 am to 3.30 pm the shop employee will need access to the kitchen and toilet only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. After these hours THE PROPERTY IS PRIVATE. ✅The bedrooms consist of one comfortable double bed with 2 single beds in their own separate private space. ✅All windows are double glazed and are very effective in reducing the street noise. ✅The t.v. has an Amazon firestick with access to Netflix, youtube, Iplayer, Itv player and other various popular channels. ✅ Heating. The thermostat is set to 18 degrees .which is usually enough to heat the property to a comfortable temperature. You can turn the temperature up by turning the dial on the thermostat situated on the wall just outside the lounge. ✅Toiletries are provided such as: shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and others. Full use of kitchen utilities are included. ✅For optimal shower temperature. Simply turn both hot and cold taps on to full and this will give the perfect temperature. But I'm sure every one I different with their own preference .So slight tweaking around should get you to your required temperature. Please draw the shower curtain towards the screen to avoid a wet floor. ✅No Pets allowed. ✅ No Parties allowed ✅We kindly ask you to take your rubbish with you after leaving the property.
