PH equipped for 4 people. The apartment has a single bedroom on the second level, where there is a double bed and a single bed, the single bed has another bed below in case there are 4 guests. Kitchen on the first level with refrigerator, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave. Dining table and chairs. Bathroom with shower and amenities: Shampoo, conditioner and soap. Towels and sheets included in the stay. The PH has a safe, closet and two air conditioners. It has a full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. It also has a bathroom with toilet and sink on the first level. Balcony with 4 outdoor chairs. We have other similar departments within the same building. Ideal for families and friends. Great apartment with an amazing terrace! However don’t rely on the luggage store as this is not actually in the same building and communication to arrange was poor
Great place to live. It super new and clean in the very center of San Telmo. There is a kitchen, dining table, bathroom and tv on the first floor. On the second - big comfortable double bed and one comfortable, kinda double, bed. The third floor is a best terrace we have ever had with parrilla, tables and great view of the city. Despite of the location it was rather quiet and we slept well. Weekly cleaning is a lovely addition to the stay. Hosts are great, responsive. Never met them but I think they are all very nice people. Minuses: - there is no bidet of higenic shower in the bathrooms. - no comfortable place to work. We rented apartment with dining table and chairs made of ropes and two plastic armchairs. 8 hour work day during two months on this chairs was probably worst part of the stay. - shower is not designed well, not super comfortable - the building is new and the apartment has some repair imperfections
The apartment is in the middle of San Telmo so that you can stroll around an explore the barrio. The San Telmo market is very close and there are lots of restaurantes, bars and cafés pretty close. But it is also very quiet so that you can find good sleep, relax and enjoy the outstanding view from the terrace. The owner has been very helpful with all questions we had. I can defenitly recommend staying there as it is a great hub for exploring the city!

Laura was very responsive and extremely helpful with check-in! We had a toddler and need to check-in a bit earlier which she was able to help with and we greatly appreciated. It was a short stay buy we thoroughly enjoyed it. It's close to the plazas, restaurants and most importantly the San Telmo market ;)

San Telmo is one of the oldest and most traditional neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. It forms part of the Historic Center of the city and preserves a large part of its architectural heritage. In the heart of San Telmo is Plaza Dorrego, the oldest in Buenos Aires after the historic Plaza de Mayo. On Sundays this space is the scene of the most important open-air antiques fair in the city. Pedro González Telmo, Patron of Navigators, was a friar of the Dominican order who lived in Spain in the 13th century. There he dedicated himself to preaching the Gospel to the sailors and fishermen of Galicia and Portugal. In the 17th century, the life of the first settlers of the place revolved around port activity and that was the reason why San Pedro González Telmo was chosen patron of this neighborhood that today bears his name.
