房东很热情，房子的位置距离市中心车程十分钟左右，非常方便。距离老城也很近。房间比较靠里面，但是干净整洁。

Sameh is a great, responsive host and the room was very clean and stocked with lots of snacks, water and coffee & tea. Convenient and no hassles in booking and checking in, thanks again!

What a wonderful place! I felt so lucky to have found it. Reasonable price, decent location (about a 5-minute drive from old town Al Ula, and a 25-minute walk which I did most days and was very easy), and well appointed. There was a basket of snacks, water bottles for each day, and coffee--real coffee pods! not just Nescafe tubes. Even the Hilton in Riyadh didn't have that. Clean bathroom with a shower with good water pressure. (Note that the bathroom floor is marble, which is very slippery when wet. There are bathroom slippers provided--use them!) The room is inside a larger house (structure?), so it feels very private and quiet. The internet is fast and reliable. There was a TV and an air conditioner, but I didn't use either of them. Comfortable beds. Sameh speaks good English and answered any queries quickly. If (when?) I come back to Al Ula, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything was great, nice, clean room, self servise check in was perfect. Towels would be great addition to the room, but the host let us know about that so all good :)
