At this prime location, guests will enjoy proximity to the beach, the marina, the airport, and several restaurants. All check-ins are contactless, a team remains available 24/7 to provide a seamless customer experience. Guests can use our complementary parking as well as the fitness center throughout their stay. We look forward to welcoming you! This luxury resort-like two-bedroom apartment is fully furnished with a king bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out couch. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The master bedroom incorporates a premium King mattress for a comfortable night's sleep, as well as a spacious dressing room for a convenient stay. The second bedroom incorporates 2 twin premium twin mattresses, as well a spacious dressing room. The stylish living room comes with a comfortable pull-out couch that sleeps up to 2 people, and a 55" Roku TV where guests can enjoy their preferred streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc.) with their own logins. The living area offers a countertop, a dining table, and a working space, with our complimentary high-speed 300 Mbps WIFI. Our beautiful kitchen is supplied with state-of-the-art cookware, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, and all basic appliances to make a simple meal. The 2 bathrooms come with a spacious tub to enjoy a foamy bath after a long day. A hairdryer is also available. The apartment also incorporates a washer and dryer. Alex is a wonderful host. He is responsive and proactive in communicating and he made sure we were always well situated. The apartment is spacious and roomy. It is close to the airport, Venice, and Santa Monica. His parking spot is also clutch. I recommend Alex and his great apartment highly!
We were very happy to stay at Alex's place for 3 nights while we kicked around Santa Monica and LA. He is an excellent communicator and made entry directions super easy with a little "how to" video. The condo is nicely located and has good amenities, was accurately described by Alex, and was squeaky-clean. Free covered parking was a nice plus, as was the comfortable walking distance to the marina area and easy access to beaches by car, bus, bikes, or taxi. The kitchen is quite nice, if rather spartanly appointed with dishes, glasses, pots, pans. Coffee and bottled water bottles on arrival were appreciated.
High end-experience in Marina Del Rey. Me and my family would go back anytime! The place was exactly what we hoped for! Spacious, clean, with access to pool and gym. Nice walkable area with stores, coffee places, etc. Alex was very responsive and friendly! The booking request was acknowledged in a timely manner. I recommend 💯!

Abbot Kinney, Santa Monica, LAX, and 1 block away from the Marina walking.
We are located in the beautiful Marina Del Rey, and minutes away from the famous Venice Pier / Boardwalk. This beach is great for jogging, swimming, volleyball, and surfing. You can rent bicycles, rollerblades, boats, surf, and paddle boards, and just about anything else from the rental shop among the restaurants, cafes, and yoga studios at the end of Washington Blvd.
A newly built strip mall is located by the apartment, it has countless restaurants, bars, but also a supermarket.
The Marina is a fun area that offers:
- plenty of restaurants & shopping
- water sports/activities,
- Chase Burton Park with outdoor concerts in the summer,
- farmers market on Thursday
- the ferry in summer
- biking
- easy access to 405.
GOING NORTH
Venice:
- Venice Beach Pier is located at the end of Washington Blvd with it's cafes, shops, and restaurants, and is 0.5 miles away
- Here begins the Venice Beach Bike Path spanning 8.5 miles north to Temecula Canyon Road.
- The entertaining Venice Beach Boardwalk (or Ocean Front Walk) is 2 miles away. A fun, two-and-a-half-mile pedestrian-only promenade that features performers, fortune-tellers, artists, and vendors
- The eclectic and charming Abbot Kinney Boulevard with its shops, restaurants, and galleries is 1.5 miles away
- Along the boardwalk is Muscle Beach, Venice Skate Park, numerous beach volleyball courts, basketball courts, handball, etc.
- the Venice Canals are located 1.2 miles away
Santa Monica:
- the famous Santa Monica Pier is 4.2 miles along Pacific Avenue
- Third Street Promenade & downtown Santa Monica is 4.6 miles away
