Bryan and Rosa’s place was perfect for our group of six. Extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and the finishes. The rooftop deck was an added bonus. Easy drive to Hoboken for great restaurants and walking along the river. We would definitely stay there again when visiting the area. Bryan and Rosa were great communicators, quick to respond and very friendly.

We booked this location for its distance from NYC and its ability to accommodate our group. We celebrated our friend’s 35th and needed a home base to gather before heading out and this place was great. It was clean and spacious and provided the amenities we needed for our stay. The only downside was feeling like we couldn’t stay up talking due to the quiet hours and the family living downstairs. We wanted to be respectful of them but it also put a damper on our conversations as we had to make sure we were quiet. Parking was difficult with it being street parking but we did luck out with finding a spot right in front. There is a lot of stairs before you enter, so keep that in mind!

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Sie ist frisch renoviert. Hier und da könnten noch ein paar Details ergänzt werden (Nachttische, Nachttischlampen…). Man muss aber auch betonen, dass ein Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kapseln vorhanden sind. Die Treppen sind sehr steil, diese Wohnung ist für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen nicht zu empfehlen! Die Lage ist ruhig, Parken ist abends schwierig. Wir haben unser Auto tagsüber immer an der Newport Mall abgestellt und sind dann mit PATH nach New York reingefahren. Das war eine sehr gute Verbindung. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft, wenn man mit einer Familie in New York ist und abends dem Trubel entkommen möchte.
