Our unit is located on the Top Floor (3rd Floor) of our building for added privacy and less noise. There is no elevator in the building. If stairs are an issue, please let us know, as we manage other units at the same complex that are located on the first floor. This apartment is 1,092 sqft in size: - Bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment. Each bedroom has a king sized bed. - There are two full bathrooms, both equipped with a shower and bathtub. - The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheet, basic cooking utensils, silverware, glassware, bowls and plates. If you find that you are in need of any kitchen items (within reason) upon your arrival, we are happy to have these items sent to the apartment. - There is a screened-in porch. We have not purchased outdoor furniture at this time, but still feel free to hang out on the porch or open the door to the porch to let in some fresh air. -There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. -You will have access to the pool.
