The Birch Suite offers more than 220 square feet of living space, featuring a queen size bed, snug armchair and television, writing desk as well as a secure safe. Adding to the ambiance is a skylight positioned above the bed, creating a twilight-like experience. This suite also encompasses a spacious ensuite with a deep soaker tub and a separate shower. Located on the third floor, the suite ensures privacy and provides access to a shared private library space. Each suite provides entry to the games room on the second floor, complete with an array of board games, a dart board, a karaoke machine, a large-screen television, and comfortable seating, including a games table. This inviting space also features a coffee bar and offers popcorn and snacks for guests. The shared area comes equipped with a microwave and fridge available for guest use, along with a bar for those wishing to enjoy cocktails, complete with glassware for their convenience

Definitely coming back next time I’m in Winnipeg. Expectations were greatly exceeded. It was full on bnb with continental breakfast each morning and they helped bring our bags to our room. Both Marcia and Vahid were the kindest hosts I’ve ever encountered.
Beautiful home with tons of character . It was a pleasure staying at Marcia and Vahid’s. Great people definitely my go to spot to stay next time in Winnipeg!
The hosts were beyond welcoming and friendly. It felt more like we had met up with old friends than just met two new people. The entire house is wonderful and a gorgeous piece of art that the hosts are breathing life back into while respescting the original style. They have so many great plans to improve the space that I am excited to return and experiance. They really made us feel at home in the entire house. I simply cannot reccomend them any more than just telling you to book your time here.
The hosts made me feel right at home and the stay was just what I had hoped as a little mini break.
Listen!! Do not overthink just book it. Marcia’s home is gourgeous!! It was everything I imagined for my birthday staycation. Location was on point. She was extremely helpful, most accommodating and very kind to my guests. The breakfast was top tier. It was like a fairytale!!!
