The Oak Haven place certainly met our needs. It was a good location, and being one block from coffee didn't hurt. The place was clean and spacious, the refrigerator was new, the washer/dryer was appreciated, and the furnishings were simple. Although it was my first airbnb experience not knowing the host, they were nevertheless very responsive to questions.

Well-appointed spaces, generously sized duplex-house w/ tons of square footage. It's huge!! Private 2 car attached garage. The quietest Airbnb we've ever stayed at! 2 very large bedrooms on the main level, like having 2 master bedrooms, both with king size beds & huge walk-in closets. Open floor plan w/ massive great room that extends into a dining room that's connected to a well equipped kitchen w/ small deck area just outside the dining room area. Very nice quiet safe walkable area with various grocery stores, restaurants, & shopping just a short drive back to the main street around the corner. Although we never needed it, there's access to a 3rd bedroom w king bed & laundry area w/ large washer & dryer on the lower level. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we may have had. This place exceeded our exceptations & was a nice quiet spot to come back & forth to after being in the busier cities for holiday events.

Everything was as expected from the pictures and description. No surprises. The host was very communicative and helpful with any questions. Perfect stay.
