Located on one of the most beautiful streets in the heart of the walkable Allentown neighborhood, you will enjoy a tranquil and luxurious stay. We have taken great care in appointing our home with elevated touches including beautiful, original artwork, designer furniture, a record player/record collection and Sonos speaker system. The whole house is yours to enjoy along with a driveway with free parking, a private backyard with fire pit and grill, herb garden, and a well-appointed kitchen. In addition, we welcome you to enjoy an honor bar, washer/dryer, comfortable bedding, and Public Goods bathroom amenities. Main Room: Spacious living room with ample seating for guests and a Smart TV. Wireless internet is available throughout the entire space at no charge. There is also a dining table with seating for 8 guests. Kitchen: Large and updated with full-size stainless-steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans and cooking utensils are available. Cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also included. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Located on the second floor, this bedroom has a queen size bed with plush bedding and a cloud-like comforter. There is a dresser and a spacious closet. Bedroom 2: Located on the second floor this bedroom has a full-size bed with plush bedding and a cloud-like comforter, and a dresser. Bathrooms: There is a half bathroom located on the first floor. The full bathroom on the second floor offers a spacious bathtub/shower as well as a heated Toto bidet. We provide our guests with plush towels and washcloths as well as Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also a hair dryer. Outdoor Space: Our backyard is a peaceful oasis with an herb garden, furniture for relaxing or outdoor dining, and a gas grill. Guests have access to the yard as well as the driveway for parking. No spaces are shared. The house is two stories and guests must climb stairs to access the bedrooms and full bathroom. There is one step leading up to the entrance to the property.
