Please note that we can’t accommodate pets. “As its name suggests, it’s all about the view from this comfortable, contemporary two bedroom apartment. Positioned on the third floor of Ramsgate’s new and prestigious Royal Sands development, guests can enjoy views over the beach and out to sea. Adjacent to Ramsgates main sandy beach, with the Royal Harbour, restaurants and café bars within the immediate area. The wide pedestrian promenade out front invites you on coastal walks to Broadstairs, Pegwell Bay and beyond and the 25 mile multi user Viking Coastal Trail runs through here. Drive into the buildings gated car parking area, park up in your dedicated parking space and take the lift to the apartment.. Unpack, relax and all that you would expect is here for you: Quality bed linen and big soft towels. Ample clothes storage and super comfortable king size beds, both with a super comfortable Emma mattress. Each bedroom has a 32 inch free view TV for easy viewing from your bed. For Families there is the option of an additional pull out bed in the second bedroom, please ask about this when you book. Both bathroom and ensuite shower rooms are shiny and new, one with a bathtub with over head shower and the other with a walk in shower. The open plan kitchen, diner and living space, features a generously equipped full kitchen with Electric oven, microwave and induction hob. Dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and Nespresso coffee machine, with coffee pods. The Lounge area has a Smart TV stylish comfortable sofa and two armchairs with a dining area to seat five. Sun yourselves or dine on our spacious balcony. Our third floor position offers a great vantage point for beautiful sunrises, full sun throughout the day culminating in beautiful peach sunsets. Loved staying in this apartment which is so well located in this new development in Ramsgate just on the beach - the view from the lounge and bedrooms and being able to hear the sound of the waves from the terrace were great and so relaxing. The apartment is very well equipped with high end amenities and very comfortable bedding and fluffy towels. We would gladly stay again as well as recommend to friends.
Es war ein toller Urlaub , bei ganz tollen Gastgebern. Gastgerberin Wendy ist spitze. Sie hatte uns im Vorfeld der Reise viele tolle und hilfreiche Infos über Ramsgate und Umgebung gegeben. Der Kontakt zu Ihr war immer sehr freundlich und sie antwortete in wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung ist top, genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Super geschmackvoll neu eingerichtet und vor allem tiptop sauber. Es hat in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt, Nespresso Kaffee, Kekse, Wasser im Kühlschrank, Waschmaschinen-Tabs und saubere neuwertige Handtücher lagen in der Wohnung bereit. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und innerhalb weniger Gehminuten findet man ein Anzahl an tollen Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Laden eines E-Autos auf dem eigenen Stellplatz der Wohnung funktioniert tadelos. Wir können die Wohnung und Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.
An amazing stay! Piers made us feel right at home with everything we needed being right there. There was even a cot and a high chair which made life so much easier and enjoyable for the stay for us with our little one. Loved the place and the apartment was stunning. Could see the sea from all bedrooms and from the living room. There were lots of board games and everything was there that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and felt safe, secure and private. Great host, highly recommend this place. We stayed here and then went for a few hours to Margate, local shops and restaurants about 5 mins away so was a lovely walk on the seafront. A small pier nearby and lots of shops to buy bits from. Was secluded and quiet. We all had a lovely time as a family and made lots of memories here. Piers left my daughter a 21st balloon and card with chocolates which such a kind and lovely touch. Literally home from home. Loved it! And recommend staying here!!!
The apartment is very new, thoughtfully and comfortably furnished and decorated with frontline views over a sandy beach and the sea. The location is very convenient for the town & harbour, just a few minutes walk away. There are plenty of cups etc so that good use can be made of the dishwasher. I can't think of anything negative to say about the apartment or hosts.
Our stay was absolutely perfect, the Accommodation was pristine and the view is to die for. Wendy was amazing and Piers left us a bottle of Prosecco with a card for our anniversary. Everything was there for us and we couldn’t have asked for anymore. What a perfect place to stay 😄

on the beach! We have golden sandy beaches and picturesque coastal walks. An array of eateries, cosy bars, coffee shops and art and live music venues. Broadstairs and Margate are easily accessible and the cinque port towns Sandwich, Deal and Dover a short drive away. The area is bursting with scenery, culture and a fast growing art and music scene.
There is an hourly 1.15 minute high speed rail connection to London and a 20 minute service to the historical city of Canterbury. We have Stagecoach "loop" bus service leaving at 10 minute intervals from the harbour, which will take you to the train station, Broadstairs, Margate and Westwood cross shopping centre. There are also an abundance of taxis at reasonable rates.
