The properties location was great, and the living space really homely. I would stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay, and for being such responsive hosts.
I stayed here for a month and had a great time overall. The home is beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you need. Location is great - close to parks, public transit, restaurants, and shops. The home was clean, bed was very comfortable, and the natural light & greenery in the living room area was beautiful. My only complaint is the WiFi. It's extremely unreliable. At one point, the WiFi was out for an entire week, and my partner and I both work from home. And even when the WiFi was finally reinstalled, it was super spotty and would go out at least once every 30 minutes. It was pretty frustrating. The host was responsive, however, they use a "pass the keys" agency so there was a lot of unnecessary back and forth, I felt like they were messaging or calling me nearly every day. But besides the WiFi fiasco - I would definitely recommend the place!
Pass the Keys is a professional hosting service with 24 customer service line, which was so great, I called them to ask for an early check in and they were able to check and offer it to us very quickly. This was very helpful. Loved the living room design. All the tiny sticky notes around the house were very useful, nice little touch
