Alyssa and Kat were great hosts! I’m big on communication and they were great at that and went above and beyond for me and my son. From the moment we pulled to the house we knew we’d have a good time . the pool and space in the back was beautiful and a great space to relax . I asked my son ( 7 ) what he rated the place and he said 10/10 . And we all know kids don’t lie 🤍

Alyssa and Kat’s home made the perfect spot for my short business trip in Jacksonville. I appreciated that I had off-street parking, easy access to the home, and everything on one level. Their home is very clean and the Airbnb room is complete with all the amenities you need - a comfy bed, TV, microwave, refrigerator, and even a Keurig coffee machine (with pods). I enjoyed the extra clean private bathroom too. The swimming pool looked inviting but the weather was too chilly for it. In the summer, the pool and large backyard will make a stay here even more enjoyable. Alyssa and Kat were friendly and helpful, but also respect guests’ privacy. They have two dogs, but they are small, clean, and playful; Alyssa and Kat did a good job of keeping the dogs with them; they were never a problem. I highly recommend Alyssa’s place and would definitely stay there again if traveling in Jacksonville.

Great stay with Alyssa and Kat. We loved the beautiful pool and outdoor area. The home was clean and neat. Our room was perfect for 2 of us, with clean bathroom to use. We enjoyed spending time with the dogs too. We will be back when we are in the area.

From start to finish, I couldn't ask for more except more time to enjoy their place. Welcoming, relaxing, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again. They even accommodated my early arrival into town. Highly recommend.
