I extended my stay by one night due to changes in my travel plans, and Thomas was incredibly accommodating, responding quickly to my request. I'm truly grateful for his exceptional hospitality. The space was clean, spacious, and easy to locate, with a generous supply of wine, beverages, and snacks. Parking was also convenient. I highly recommend this place for an outstanding stay.

I was the first long-term guest at Thomas's place. He is always responsive and super accommodating, ensuring privacy and making me feel at home. The basement apartment is very spacious and clean, just as shown in the pictures, and close to nature preserves. Although it's near the highway, traffic noise isn't heard at night. The location is convenient; it takes 10 minutes to drive to Target, 20 minutes to Oak Brook Center, and 30 minutes to downtown Chicago. Thomas's place is well-stocked with all the necessary supplies, including snacks, drinks, towels, shampoo & body wash, bedding, etc. It stays warm during cold weather, thanks to central heating and an electric fireplace in the bedroom. You can just bring your belongings and move in. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area!

Was very responsive. Private basement apartment and gave very clear instructions. Everything was as described. There was a breakfast bar and things to drink in the fridge. Had a coffee maker and microwave as well.
