Super sweet yard right on the river. Great space for kids to have fun and explore. Knives were sharp! Airbnb places never have sharp knives!

Great house in the Applegate very close to Red Lily Vineyard. The house was just as pictured and we had a lovely weekend. Will book with Elena again 😊

Elena's place was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Our family had a wonderful time here. We have an extremely large family down in this area so having them come visit during our stay was perfect with this space. The property was gorgeous. The kids played soccer, volleyball and caught lots of frogs out in the big back yard. There are several amazing wineries in the area that our family enjoyed as well as an easy 15 minute drive to town for shopping and restaurants. Elena was very responsive and even allowed us to check in quite a bit earlier than regular check in. We really really appreciated that. Our family would definitely recommend Elena's place for your next stay in the Applegate area.

We loved the place. It was neat and clean. The surroundings are beautiful. My family and I had a peaceful vacation. We enjoyed the short walk to the river which is behind the yard. Very peaceful. The home was well equipped. The host was very accommodating. We were in need of some items and she was quick and responsive. We had the items needed within an hour. Thank you Elena for allowing us to enjoy your home. My family and I left making plans for our next future trip at your home.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Just as described and right in the middle of wine country. The reason for the 4 star rating is that the host was non-responsive. It wasn't clear how to lock the front door once inside. I messaged the host but no answer. I figured out the lock on my own. We specifically rented this place so we could all have our own bathroom. On the first morning after arrival, it was discovered that there was no hot water in one bathroom. Again messaged the host with no response. We finally heard from the host around 8pm the night before we were leaving and she offered to arrange for someone to come by the next day to check on the hot water. I had told her we were checking out at 630am, so didn't understand her thinking. I ask for a partial refund, but again, no response. Luckily our issues were minor, but if a big issue came up we would've been on our own.
